HOW WE PROTECT YOU

Data security and account safeguards in our terms

We handle your personal data—email, payment details, ID and betting history—under strict encryption and access controls. Your password is hashed; we never store it in plain text.

Account Verification

Your identity is confirmed at signup using email and optional phone number. Withdrawals above certain thresholds may prompt re-verification to match our fraud and AML checks.

Data Encryption

All deposits, withdrawals and personal data travel over HTTPS. We store sensitive details in encrypted vaults; payment credentials are never logged or retained on our servers.

Retention and Deletion

Account data is held for seven years after closure to comply with local financial record rules. Request permanent deletion anytime; we'll remove non-essential fields within 30 days.

Withdrawal Hold Periods

Standard withdrawals to DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS process within 24 hours. Verification delays may add up to 48 hours if our compliance team flags an unusual pattern.

Dispute and Chargeback

If you dispute a charge or withdraw funds from your bank, notify support immediately. We investigate within 14 days and report findings to your payment provider.

Your Rights and Changes

You can update your account email, phone or payment method anytime in Settings. To change these terms, we give 30 days notice; you may close your account before the change takes effect.

What your terms cover and what they mean for you

These FAQs answer the questions we hear most often about account rules, payments, data and your rights.

Your terms take effect the moment you complete signup and confirm your email address. You'll see the full agreement in Settings → Account Terms. If you don't agree, you can close your account within seven days and request a full refund of any deposits.

Yes, but only with notice. We'll email you 30 days before any change goes live. You can review the updated terms and choose to close your account without penalty if you don't accept them. Continued play after the notice period means you accept the change.

Contact support immediately with details of the transaction. We investigate within 14 days and report to your payment provider—DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS. If we find an error on our side, we refund within 48 hours. Chargebacks filed without notice may result in account suspension.

We retain financial records for seven years to comply with local law. Personal data like your email and ID photo are deleted within 30 days of closure unless a dispute or investigation is ongoing. You can request specific data deletion by emailing [email protected].

Yes. Open Settings → Account and select Close Account. We'll cancel all withdrawals in progress, refund your balance to your registered payment method within five business days, and mark your profile as permanently closed. You cannot reopen it.

One person may own only one account. Sharing login details with family members or creating accounts for others is prohibited and voids your terms agreement. Detected multi-accounting results in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds held in all linked accounts.

Visit Settings → Account Terms inside the lobby and select Download PDF. You'll receive a timestamped copy of the agreement current on that date. Email [email protected] if you need terms from a specific date or in a different format.
